Our firm has been sawing and fabricating stone products for over 17 years. We have recycled all water used for the same time frame. After having tried different systems, one year ago we tried Pristine’s Rapid Settlement System.

We purchased one – it saved time and money. We then purchased two more. The three Rapid Settlement Systems we are now using from Pristine work best of any we have used and Joe & Peter Meyer are great to work with. Our water recycling for bluestone has always been a problem. Pristine has helped.

The Challenge

The customer was utilizing rotary vacuum drums which were running non-stop and using thousands of dollars of electricity and supplies to operate each month. The systems did not allow for any increase in water volume and as a result the customer was unable to expand to meet growing demand.

The Solution

Pristine installed 3 Rapid Settlement Systems throughout the facility to remove approximately 5 cubic yards of sludge each day from the waste produced.
