The Challenge
The customer produced large quantities of sludge in their waste water stream and needed to remove sludge prior to waste water leaving the facility.
The customer was also concerned about large monthly water bills for water usage.
The Solution
We installed a large 45 cubic foot filter press and set up a recycled water loop to capture the sediment and reuse the water.

This saved the customer thousands of dollars a month in water usage expense and eliminated their regulatory concerns.
