RS-Press Filter Press

Recycle and reuse water with a Pristine RS-Press filter press. Designed specifically to remove solids from waste water the RS-Press offers a reliable method of providing consistently clean water- free of waste. The RS-Press is an efficient and cost effective sludge dewatering system and is available up to 100 cubic feet

Machine Capabilities:
• 3 cubic foot up to 100 cubic foot capacities available
• Space saving “flip up” air actuated hydraulic cylinder
• Custom filter cloth finishes for quick release of cakes

• Heavy duty hydraulic cylinder for opening and closing of press
• Polypro gasketed recessed plates for leak-free operation
• Air-blown manifold piping for air-drying filter cakes
• Optional air line filter, oiler, and regulator and gauge
• No precoating necessary—gasketed filter plates eliminate the necessity
• of precoating, thus minimizing operator time, chemical costs, and sludge volume
