Wastewater and Water Recycling

Pristine offers a fresh approach to industrial wastewater and water recycling.  Whenever possible we will offer options for water reuse with water reclaimed from your waste stream.  This can greatly protect you and your firm from waste liability and can usually offer a short return on investment.

Filter presses, inclined plate clarifiers, rotary vacuum drums, chemical feed systems, as well as many other products are designed and fabricated for specific applications.

Services include consultation and design, bid specification, equipment fabrication, sales, rentals, installation and maintenance. At Pristine we will work closely with regulatory agencies when necessary to ensure a successful project.

RSS Systems are designed to provide the greatest amount of settling capacity in a small footprint similar to inclined plate clarifiers. These systems are used to cost effectively remove the majority of solids out of the water.

Silos are available in a variety of sizes and configurations to meet your water specifications.  Silos utilize a chemical feed system to help collect solids.

Filter Presses or Plate & Frame Presses are typically used to compact previously removed sludge water. They are capable of removing many hazardous substances and make cakes that are easy to dispose of.

Rotary Vacuum Drum filters are used where virtually all suspended solids need to be removed. The process is significantly slower than a rapid settlement system or a filter press. Certain application limitations must be considered.

Pristine offers standardized packages including slurry pumps, repressurization pumps and controls. We can also customize any of the above technologies to meet your application requirements.
